"Let's write the newsletter" - sounds like a quick task. In reality, this process involves many steps with potentially time-consuming pitfalls:

  • Researching Topics: Before starting to write a newsletter, the team needs to align on the relevant topics to be presented in the upcoming newsletter. Many different requirements and stakeholders must be kept in mind.

  • Writing the Newsletter: Lack of inspiration? Following the corporate language guidelines? The output from ChatGPT does not suit your template well? All these things add up.

  • Translating into multiple languages: Some parts can be optimised with automations and AI chatbots. However, did we think about replacing all links to point to the language-specific landing pages? What about the button labels? And did we adjust the UTM-parameters?

Overall, many of our partners report dozens of hours to complete a newsletter. And most of us don't have one newsletter: We serve guests, partners, media, etc. So the opportunity to win back some of our time is immense.

THE PROCESS

How the skill works
