Planning FAM trips and media itineraries requires matching guest interests with local hotels, restaurants, activities, opening hours, availability, travel time, and partner priorities. When plans change, the entire itinerary often needs to be adjusted manually.

How the skill works

1. Research guest interests & local options
Provide Sonny with the trip requirements. She researches the incoming guests:
On the web
On social media
In your correspondence
To suggest the most suitable hotels, restaurants, activities and tours
Result: A list of ideas
2. Create the itinerary
Sonny applies your template to adhere to your brand design.
Additionally, she adds all required information in your existing CRM to keep the data up-to-date.
Result: A highly personalised itinerary as editable Word document or pushed to your existing system.


3. Re-schedule when plans change
Change of plan? Don't worry, Sonny will re-schedule everything:
Double-checking opening hours and availabilities

More than just an itinerary
As you need to keep the flexibility, Sonny outputs a Word document so you can keep editing it. It consists of a step by step itinerary from the guests arrival to departure. You can also connect it to any existing system you may already have in place.
